It is brand new, never opened or placed on the rails.
Some of the plastic cases may be scratched or have some cracks. Some covers may not close perfectly flat. THIS WAS IN PART FROM TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM NUMEROUS TRAIN SHOWS. BUT THEY ARE ALL BRAND NEW AS STATED BEFORE
