Hanukkah 925 Sterling Silver Dreidel Filigree ~ 3" ~ 32 grams ISRAEL PEY PEH

This listing is for the dreidel pictured.
I believe this to have been made in Israel given the pey/peh symbol/letter.
This dreidel is in good to very good condition.  As the photos show it is tarnished.  Two other things I see are wear/use related.  The last photo show wear to the "welds/joints" in the corners of the panel.  The other thing I see is the stem/handle is slanted and I have not attempted to straighten it.  Please see all photos provided as further description of condition and appearance.
It measures approximately 3" long with the stem.  It weighs 32 grams according to my postal scale.
