Vintage Dairy Queen Motion Sign 1986 Ice Cream Moving TLC Display Advertising

Original vintage 1986 motion sign/display from Dairy Queen.  Cute ice cream piece of memorabilia!  It needs a little TLC.  The parts are loose (ice cream, ect.) and it may need a little bit of wiring help to work.  Last I tried a new pair of batteries in it and it didn't work for me.  Regardless, this is a classic advertisement from Dairy Queen and would be excellent for any DQ fan! I absolutely love it but without the proper knowledge on how to get it back to top form I feel it should go to someone who can fix up and display.  There are a few small cracks here and there in the plastic, but overall fairly nice with some yellowing from age.  This is so cool!
